Register & login
You can browse the site freely, but to create forms, book events and view the syllabus you need to log in — one registration unlocks everything.
Register
Click Register on the site and complete the form. An email arrives with your login and a password — change it to a strong one of your own and write it down.
Login
Use your school email as username and your password. Tick Remember me to sign in automatically next time, and confirm the “I am not a robot” check.
Lost password
Click Lost password on the login screen, enter your email, and follow the reset link you receive. It only has to be done once — and it protects your information from spammers.
Update your profile
Keep your school or organisation name and address current in your profile — it's printed on your invoices.
Affiliate a school
Schools and private organisations affiliate once per year. The affiliation fee includes one free e-syllabus and one free e-timetable — order printed copies if you want them.
Choose your form
Under Forms, select the affiliation form for schools or for private organisations.
Fill in your details
School name, type (public or private), address, postal code, phone and fax, liaison educator's name, email and contact number.
Select your affiliation
In the Section block, choose your affiliation option and price — and add the free e-syllabus and e-timetable, plus any printed copies, to your order. Add further items with the ADD button.
Submit & pay
Click SUBMIT — the administrative manager receives the form, you get a copy, and an invoice is emailed automatically. Note the EFT details at the bottom of the form.
Fill in an entry form
One form can carry all your entries — add lines until the whole school is in, then submit once.
Start the form
From the menu choose Entry Form. Complete all school and personal details — every field marked in red (*) is compulsory or the form cannot be sent.
Choose your division
In the Section block, pick the division code from the syllabus (e.g. Piano AA), then the division number — the year or grade of the participant (e.g. 19 = 13 years).
Select the entry cost
Choose solo, duet, trio, quartet or group pricing for the division. Late entries use the late-entry cost.
Add & repeat
Enter the number of entries, then click ADD for the next line. Add every division on one form — the total appears automatically.
SUBMIT — the vital click
Press SUBMIT at the end. The administration receives your entries automatically and you receive a copy to keep. Without SUBMIT nothing is received — and everything must be done again.
Entry costs by ensemble
Fees vary per division in the current syllabus — the shape is as shown, with late entries charged at the late rate.

Every affiliation and entry form emails an invoice on submission — total due is computed for you.

Transfer the total to the TIE banking details printed at the bottom of your form.

Send proof of payment to TIE administration so your entries are confirmed against your invoice.
